Alas, it is time to bid summer adieu and make way for the cold weather. I have lots to do to get ready for that. And even though this summer lacked the usual warmth and sun I look forward to I still hate to see it end.
It was just May when I came across this beautiful swan at a dogshow where I was competing.
I found a bunch of these lovely Lady Slippers in our yard .
In June I visited Arizona and though it was a sad time as my sister-in-law Debra passed away I was able to be there for my brother at a difficult time.
We enjoyed early corn in July. Don’t you love our corn accessories?
