Woohoo! I lost 1.7 lbs this week. All my changes have made a huge difference not only because I lost but because I feel better. Working out more is helping me have more energy. I have also been eating lots more veggies and fruits and feeling better because of that too.

YAY for braking the platue!! Good for you. I also lost, 1.2. Not sure how I’ll fare this week. With Easter dinner, then having kids here well probably end up with pounds of candy, that they can’t possibly eat alone…….
