Woohoo! I lost 1.6 this week. Go me!
So lets see that leaves me 19.6 pounds more to lose.
Right on track! I still have 2 months until my goal date June 1st.
I am exercising more and though I hate to admit it that is making me feel so much better. Come on back next week and see how I’m doing.

YAY Louise on your loss! You go girl! I’ve lost 1.6 since I last posted, so that is .8 a week. I’d like more, but I haven’t been too good. I’ve at least lost my gain, so hopefully this week I can get alot past that!
